Our Maintenance and Production Support services are built on decades of experience, repeatable,
market-proven processes, and a flexible global delivery model in which roles and responsibilities
are distributed based on effectiveness, efficiency and goals. In delivering these services, our
focus is on long-term service reliability, fault detection and isolation, troubleshooting, and
performance reporting. Our implementation process facilitates the rapid transfer of responsibility,
efficient reporting, tracking, and resolution of production issues, and effective deployment of
patches and minor enhancements. Each of our engagements are customized for the
client by incorporating the client's processes and methodologies into our
processes. We also define client-specific service level agreements (SLA) for control and
governance of the services provided.

Production Support services, providing design and development of feature enhancements,
management of releases, quality assurance, and deployment of releases. Our approach,
methodologies, and proven processes result in shorter delivery timelines. Our development
process incorporates the SDLC from the requirements and analysis phase to deployment
and post-deployment support through production support.
